The WhiskeyDicks are a group of Celtic Gypsy Punk Rockers who have spent the better part of a
decade carving a reputation for themselves as “One Hell of a Good Time”.
The WhiskeyDicks bridge the gap between traditional and modern popular music with
enthusiasm that is contagious and eclecticism that knows no bounds.
With a dozen degrees in music under their collective belt,
the band’s members take what they have learned in the universities and bring it to the stage.
Their interests range from Hungary to Hip-hop and from Scotland to Slayer.
They truly have something up their sleeve for any music lover.
The formula is simple: Violin, Cello, Guitar, Drums and two Voices play songs people know but in a
way they’d never imagine as well as original songs that tell stories of good times past.
The formula works and has earned the band acclaim from audiences everywhere.
The WhiskeyDicks have taken the stage at many of the countries most prestigious venues and have
toured festivals throughout BC and the Yukon every summer since 2004.
